Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid/ Remote
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team in a hybrid capacity. Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)
- Incentives : Annual discretionary bonus and commissions on new business
- Benefits : Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Work Arrangement : Hybrid schedule
- Provide full-service account management for a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractors
- Manage accounts ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 in size, with an average book of $1 million
- Handle all aspects of servicing accounts, including quoting new and renewal business (80% new, 20% renewal)
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs
- Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management within an independent agency setting
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with generalist accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractors
- Work Ethic : Ability to manage accounts independently, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach #LI-BH1
