Regional Manager – DeNovo Dental Operations

Location: Florida: Sun City | Sarasota | Merritt Island | Gainesville

MSH Alliance is a doctor-led dental partnership organization experiencing rapid growth, and we’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager to help us prepare, launch, and support multiple brand-new dental practices throughout Florida.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building practices from the ground up while partnering directly with doctors and leadership teams to create strong operational foundations and exceptional patient experiences.

• Oversee 4-7 dental practices across multiple states or markets.
• Coordinate and support the launch of brand-new dental offices from pre-opening through stabilization
• Partner cross-functionally with departments including:
  • Construction & project management
  • Recruitment & staffing
  • Credentialing & compliance
  • Marketing & patient growth
  • Operations & training
• Support doctors and office teams during onboarding and office startup
• Develop systems and workflows that create efficient, patient-centered operations
• Travel regularly between offices to provide leadership, coaching, and operational support
• Monitor office performance metrics and help implement strategies for continued growth
• Build strong relationships with doctors, managers, and team members across the organization
• Travel approximately 50% of the time to visit offices, strengthen culture, and support on-site leadership teams.
• Coach and mentor Office Managers and clinical partners to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
• Review and manage operational performance, including P&L accountability, patient experience, and team development.

• 3-5 years with multi-site leadership experience in dental, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service operations
• Experience opening or launching new locations strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Passion for supporting teams, building culture, and creating operational excellence
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and travel frequently (2–3 days per week).
• Prior experience with opening & launching new dental practices.
• Flexible and comfortable working in an evolving structure while helping define regional processes and support systems.

• Competitive salary, $70,000-$90,000 (based on your experience)
