With a focus on providing a safe and welcoming environment, you will oversee pool operations, enforce safety protocols, and deliver exceptional hospitality to all members and visitors.Responsibilities:Monitor pool area to ensure safety and prevent accidentsEnforce all pool rules and regulations in a professional and courteous mannerProvide immediate assistance and rescue services in the event of emergenciesAdminister first aid and CPR as necessaryMaintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including arranging pool furniture and equipmentConduct regular safety checks and inspections of pool facilitiesEngage with guests to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experienceAssist in organizing and overseeing pool-related activities and eventsReport any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptlyQualifications:Current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA)Current CPR/AED and First Aid certificationsStrong swimming skills and physical fitnessExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situationsPrevious lifeguard experience is preferred but not requiredA passion for safety, hospitality, and guest satisfactionRewards and PerksCompetitive pay.Opportunities for career development and advancement within a diverse portfolio of brandsA supportive and inclusive work environmentThe chance to be part of a team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint
