• 13. State License(s) / IMLC Req d?: yes (cannot credential without license in hand)
• 14. Certifications Req d?: BLS/ACLS, Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• 15. Specific Skills Req d?: None outside of normal scope of practice of a Hospitalist
• 16. CSR Req d?:
• 17. DEA Req d?: Yes
• 18. Minimum Experience Req d: No, but prefer experienced hospitalist
• 19. Are vaccines mandatory?: Yes
