INTL India - QA Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join a dynamic QA enablement team supporting a suite of modern applications built on a micro front-end architecture using React and a Python back end. In this role, the engineer will both help define and champion automation-first testing standards across the organization while also contributing directly as an individual contributor on testing efforts. The organization is actively integrating AI into its QA practices, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an evolving, forward-thinking environment. Great verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this role requires close collaboration with multiple development teams across the organization.

Logistics

-Hours: 8am- 5pm Central

--> Must be available for stand-ups and ceremonies, typically between 9-11am and 11am-2pm CT

Skills and Requirements

-5-7+ years of Quality Assurance and software testing

-Proven ability to perform both manual and automated testing

-Testing Frameworks:

--Selenium and Playwright for front-end testing

--PyTest for back-end testing

-Language & Stack Familiarity: Working knowledge of Python and React/TypeScript, aligned with the application stack under test

-Architecture Awareness: Solid understanding of microservices and micro front-end architectures to support end-to-end testing across distributed systems

-Proficient with GitLab for version control

-Solid understanding of the SDLC, including Agile/Scrum

-Test case management experience with qMetry (nice to have)

-Kiro and AI Coders (nice to have)
