Hybrid IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Tyndale FRC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment, focusing on IT, technical, and niche roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and optimize sourcing strategies to fill roles efficiently.
Hybrid/remote work is supported: onsite one day per week and four days remote; candidates must be within commuting distance of our Houston, TX location. You will use iCIMS and AI-enabled tools to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
