Trauma RN Process Improvement Coordinator

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Trauma RN Process Improvement Coordinator to advance trauma care quality and patient outcomes. In this role, you will blend bedside trauma nursing expertise with data-driven performance improvement. You’ll collect and analyze trauma metrics, coordinate case reviews, and lead initiatives that align with regulatory and accreditation standards.
