About Fyffes North America Fyffes North America is an importer and distributor of fresh produce to the retail and wholesale industries. Our products portfolio includes bananas, pineapples, plantains and ethnic tropical fruits. We are based in Coral Gables, FL. Role Summary The IT Business Analyst partners with business teams to translate operational needs into effective IT and ERP solutions. The role plays a key part in improving business processes, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across functional areas including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors Support ERP and related systems through configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and IT-related projects end to end Develop functional documentation, workflows, and user guides Execute and coordinate system and user acceptance testing Provide application support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in an IT Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role Hands-on experience with ERP systems and the software development lifecycle Strong understanding of business processes and data flows Experience with SQL and project management tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience in Food, CPG, Retail, or Supply Chain–driven environments #J-18808-Ljbffr THEIA JOBS
