If yes, New Realm Brewing Co. wants you to support our staff as a Food Runner and busser! Our ideal candidate will be cooperative and collaborative, energetic and upbeat, self-motivated and disciplined. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering finished dishes efficiently and accurately. This includes checking that all outgoing food meets presentation standards, is cooked properly, and that plates are at the correct temperature. You will liaise between BOH and FOH staff, will monitor ticket times and report delays where necessary, and will work as part of a tightly knit team to guarantee guest satisfaction. Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, you are frequently exposed to outside weather conditions seasonally during Spring, Summer, and Fall when our outdoor patio is open.
