Team Role and Responsibilities The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Foster authentic engagement to craft loyal fans and lasting connections beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation. Be flexible with scheduling to meet business needs, including peak times with increased availability. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Attributes Demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller. Communicate with care in written and verbal forms. Charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. Be at least 18 years or older and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Dream and embrace adventure; flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work. Flexible schedule with hours ranging from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
