Heartland Community Health Center is seeking compassionate and team-oriented RNs to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting.

Position Responsibilities Include:

* Patient triage and education
* Medication and immunization administration
* Assisting providers with patient care and clinic flow
* Care coordination for chronic illness patients
* Supporting behavioral health and interdisciplinary teams
* Laboratory testing and documentation
* Assisting with daily clinic operations

Qualifications:

* Active Kansas RN license
* Current BLS certification
* Ambulatory care experience preferred
* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
* Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork

Schedule:
Full-Time | MondayFriday
Clinic hours range from 7:30 a.m. 7:00 p.m. (Mond-Thurs) and 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Fridays as needed
