Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive outpatient therapy services, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs and backgrounds.

• Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and prepare progress reports for clients based on their unique challenges.

• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and outcomes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving a diverse client population, including individuals and families dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will play a key role in enhancing each client's journey towards wellness, providing culturally competent care that respects each individual's unique life experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Washington State.

• Proven knowledge and experience in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to communicate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• Demonstrated excellence in building rapport with clients from various backgrounds and fostering therapeutic relationships.
