Department Assistant Periodontics Location: Cleveland, OH Pay Rate: $19.32/hour Employment Type: Temporary to potential hire Join the Department of Periodontics at a prestigious university in the University Circle area! Our client is seeking a Department Assistant for a temporary-to-potential-hire opportunity, where you will support faculty, staff, and students with daily administrative tasks such as document preparation, purchasing, record keeping, and scheduling. Responsibilities Prepare and edit materials, reports, and correspondence Manage purchasing, accounts payable, and P-card transactions Organize interviews and support in course management and posting grades Maintain program manuals and track grant documentation Liaise with university offices and vendors; share information with department members Assist with additional administrative duties as needed Qualifications 3-5 years secretarial/administrative experience; research administration preferred High school diploma required; some college preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficient with MS Office; willing to learn new technologies Benefits Kelly offers eligible employees voluntary benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, term life, whole life, accident insurance, critical illness, a legal plan, and short-term disability.
