Job Summary The Community Specialist executes the store’s community strategy, building relationships with local ambassadors, partners, and guests while delivering a world‑class guest experience. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to implement community strategy and enhance guest experience. Establish and manage key relationships with ambassadors, affiliates, studio owners, and community partners. Identify and create future ambassador or partner opportunities to strengthen the store’s community presence. Engage guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs. Attend, support, and host local and regional community events. Execute product seeding strategy with community partners and ambassadors. Analyze community‑relevant business data and metrics, sharing insights and recommendations with leadership. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, celebrating differences. Job Requirements Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located. Ability to travel to the assigned store, with reliable transportation. 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building. Schedule / Availability Work schedule varies based on store needs. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Peak times, special events, or other circumstances may require early mornings or late nights/overnights. Job Assets (Nice to Have) High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners. Experience motivating team members to accomplish goals or activities. Works as part of a team, sometimes independently, utilizing computers and other technical devices. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $20.00 – $23.01/hour (subject to local minimum wage).
