About the Role:

A growing behavioral health organization is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinic-based team in Detroit, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about delivering ethical, evidence-based care and creating meaningful, measurable outcomes for children, individuals, and families.

The successful candidate will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, provide parent training, and collaborate with families and community partners. The role emphasizes client autonomy, assent-based care, trauma-informed practices, and a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and analyze clinical and behavioral data.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior-analytic treatment plans.
• Incorporate assent-based, ethical, and trauma-informed practices into treatment.
• Promote client engagement, autonomy, independence, and meaningful clinical outcomes.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to support treatment goals across environments.
• Supervise and train BTs and RBTs using behavior skills training to ensure treatment integrity.
• Monitor treatment progress and make data-driven modifications when appropriate.
• Ensure timely delivery of behavior-analytic services in accordance with treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with families, technicians, clinicians, and community stakeholders to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience providing behavior-analytic services in a clinical, ABA, or related behavioral health setting.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, data analysis, treatment planning, and evidence-based ABA practices.
• Experience supervising and training BTs or RBTs preferred.
• Experience providing parent or caregiver training.
• Commitment to ethical, assent-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, clinicians, technicians, and community partners.
• Strong commitment to promoting client independence, dignity, and meaningful outcomes.
