ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM

• 10-15+ years of overall IT experience

• 10+ years in ServiceNow

• Experience in leading end-to-end implementations

• Strong knowledge in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)

• Experience with CMDB design and governance (CSDM)

• Good experience in Discovery and Service mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure)

• Strong development skills with coding standards, platform governance

• Good understanding of ACLs, Role-based Access, Data privacy & compliance standards

• Strong experience in integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors

• Experience in integrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AD

• Good knowledge on AIOPS, Virtual Assistant (GenAI)

• Adequate knowledge on other modules such as GRC/IRM, HRSD and others are an advantage

• Excellent knowledge on platform upgrades

• Must be a good team player and a lead to handle the team, engage with business stakeholders

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Must have CSA certification (minimum)
