DESCRIPTION

As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide critical support across fulfillment operations, procurement, inventory management, customer support, and business analytics. You will supportday-to-day fulfillment and inventory operations, helping ensure products are received, tracked, and delivered accurately and on time. You will coordinate with vendors and fulfillment partners, monitor inventory levels, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records that support reliable execution. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. You enjoy solving problems, working with data, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

This is a hands-on role that offers exposureto multiple business functions and provides the opportunity to learn how supply chain operations, procurement, customer support, data analytics, and business processes work together to deliver results. You will collaborate closely with operations, program, and vendor partners while supporting both day-to-day execution and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is idealfor someone lookingto build or expand theircareer in operations. You may be a current student pursuing a degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field, or you may bring relevant industry experience from logistics, fulfillment, procurement, customer support,manufacturing, warehousing, retail operations, or other operational environments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Two or more years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, procurement, inventory management, customer support, retail operations, warehouse operations, manufacturing, business operations, or a related field
• Associate’s degreeor an additional two years of job-relevant experience
• Excellent attention to detail andorganizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Demonstrated abilityto quickly learn new systems,tools, and businessprocesses

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with inventory management, purchasing processes, forecasting, or supply chain concepts
• Completion of college-level coursework in supply chain management, logistics, business, or similar
• Understanding of international freight and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, DDP, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets,including formulas, pivot tables, lookups,and basic data analysis
• Experience using tools such as Excel, Zendesk, Asana,or similar businesssystems

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
