Recruitment Coordinator

Adecco is assisting their client in search of a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruiting and onboarding activities. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable HR experience. This position requires you to work onsite at the client location in St. Albans, VT.
What You'll Do

• Coordinate recruiting activities and support the hiring process from start to finish

• Schedule interviews, hiring team meetings, and recruiting events

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process

• Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations and status updates

• Partner with hiring managers to move candidates through the recruitment process

• Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation

• Track recruiting metrics and assist with recruitment marketing initiatives

• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information

• Assist with HR-related projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources, Recruiting, or Administrative experience

• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
