Major Food Group is hiring pasta and pastry productionPrep Cooks to join our team at Contessa! Contessa, inspired by the old-world resorts and the lasting estates of Italy, features cuisine embodying the effortless elegance of the Trattorias of Northern Italy. Offering all-day dining with breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner and perfectly crafted cocktails, the menus showcase a range of selections from imported salumi and house made fresh pasta to dry aged Chianina Beef. RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Support the preparation and production of pasta and pastry items, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met.
