Senior BA - Workday Benefits Integration Support

IDR is seeking a Senior BA - Workday Benefits Integration Support to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role involves supporting the stabilization and troubleshooting of Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations within a dynamic HCM environment. The position offers a chance to work with complex integration systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Position Overview for the Senior BA - Workday Benefits Integration Support:

• Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and the data exchanged between systems.
• Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll-related transactions end-to-end, including hires, transfers, job changes, and terminations.
• Investigate reported discrepancies, identify root causes, and determine if issues stem from data, configuration, logic, or processing.
• Review integration outputs, logs, reports, and provider responses to pinpoint origins of issues.
• Collaborate with benefits subject matter experts, Workday teams, and external stakeholders to validate findings and implement resolutions.

Requirements for the Senior BA - Workday Benefits Integration Support:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex system integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of following data and transactions across multiple systems.
• Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, transformation rules, logs, and reports.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate inquiries into technical investigations.
• Strong communication skills to explain findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
