JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing or a related area of graduate study preferred. Licensure: Credentials as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter or Certified Medical Staff Coordinator is desired. Experience: 3 – 5 years experience in healthcare, of which at least 1 year in physician services, physician recruitment and/or physician practice management.
