Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient rehabilitation team in Liberty, MO. The position focuses on personalized, one-on-one care to help patients manage pain, improve mobility, recover from injuries, and return to their preferred activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Treat musculoskeletal conditions, joint dysfunction, sports injuries, and mobility limitations.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Educate patients on recovery, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Complete clinical documentation and collaborate with colleagues.

Qualifications include:

• Current Missouri Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-care skills.
• Interest in hands-on therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation.
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome.

Experience with spinal or joint mobilization, ART, DNS, Graston/FAKTR, dry needling where licensed and trained, McKenzie Method, or Blood Flow Restriction is beneficial.

Compensation and benefits include:

• $70,000-$100,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
