Job Summary:
The Portfolio Analyst role in White Plains, NY involves managing and analyzing project portfolios to support business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer requests with a customer-centric mindset.
- Utilize project, program, and portfolio management techniques to oversee and analyze portfolios.
- Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and business leaders to understand technical and business issues.
- Coordinate multiple tasks independently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Employ conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to influence continual process improvements.
- Communicate ideas clearly and concisely through strong oral and written skills.
- Make recommendations to inspire organizational change at multiple levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of project, program, and portfolio management methods.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet non-negotiable deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of performance evaluation and Change Management principles.
- Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
- Experience influencing change across multiple organizational levels.
- Must be highly responsive and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
- Self-starter attitude required to tackle a broad range of issues.
- 12-month contract duration.
- Standard business hours with potential for varied workload demands.
