Experience Requirements Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, auditing, mystery shopping, compliance, or quality assurance is beneficial but not required. Strong attention to detail and observation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to accurately complete reports and maintain confidentiality. Comfortable working independently and managing assigned routes and schedules. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Job Duties Visit assigned retail, restaurant, convenience store, and hospitality locations to conduct compliance evaluations. Perform mock purchase attempts involving age-restricted products while following established compliance procedures. Observe employee adherence to identification and age-verification requirements. Monitor the proper use of age-verification technology and point-of-sale systems. Document observations and record compliance-related findings accurately. Submit detailed reports following each assigned location visit. Access secure online reporting systems to review assignments and complete documentation. Communicate professionally with program coordinators and management as needed. Travel between multiple locations throughout the assigned territory. Maintain accurate records while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Physical Capabilities Ability to drive between customer locations throughout the workday. Ability to enter and exit retail businesses multiple times per shift. Frequent use of a computer, smartphone, or tablet for reporting activities. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and travel for extended periods as required. Comfortable working independently in a variety of retail and hospitality environments.
