Job Description

Part-Time Hybrid Remote Work Option Available
50% of time in office and 50% remote
Psychiatrist physician for growing multi-specialty group
Treating patients 12 years and up preferred
See an average of 14-16 patients per day
Rotating coverage for after hour and weekend patient calls
No inpatient on-call
Mix of new patients and follow-up patients
Never practicing alone with this team-based program
Support including Behavioral Health Specialists
Great multi-specialty grouptreating primary care patients
Enjoy a healthy work-life balance in Southern California
Consultative approach to behavioral health
Stabilized patients being referred back to their PCP's for continued medication management

Compensation

Competitive salary (part-time $190,000 - $205,000)and malpractice covered
Full benefit package including health-dental-life insurance
401k Plan and Shareholdership opportunity
Vacation and sick days total over 4.7 weeks equivalent
