Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to inform individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based social work interventions tailored to meet patient needs. \n
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and mental health professionals, to develop and refine discharge plans that incorporate the patient’s wellness goals. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and support, effectively assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral issues that patients may face during their recovery journey. \n
- Maintain accurate, clear, and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, adhering to departmental policies and best practices. \n
- Engage with family members and support systems to facilitate understanding and involvement in the patient's treatment and discharge planning process, ensuring a supportive environment for recovery. \n
In this role, you will primarily serve individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Many patients may present with a range of psychological conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues that require sensitive and informed intervention strategies. You will play an essential role in addressing and mitigating these complexities to foster a positive outcome for each individual.

- A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington, ensuring compliance with state and federal mental health regulations. \n
- Proven ability to navigate electronic medical records and documentation systems, demonstrating proficiency in word processing, email communication, and spreadsheets. \n
- A strong ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a high-paced work environment, maintaining a keen focus on patient-centered care. \n

- The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
