This full-time, hospital-employed position offers a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule within a state-of-the-art 36-bed acute care hospital. Become part of a highly collaborative inpatient care team dedicated to clinical excellence and work/life balance. Practice Info Work in a state-of-the-art 36-bed acute care hospital. Work alongside dedicated Nocturnists, a Pulm/Critical Care physician, and an experienced Nurse Practitioner. Daily census averages 15 patients. 1:5 nursing ratio, adjusted by patient acuity. Strong support from Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology and a full panel of on-call specialists. Robust EMR and efficient workflows.
