What you'll actually do You’ll own our social media presence in Germany, crafting compelling content that resonates with job seekers and companies alike. This isn't about bland corporate posts; it's about being witty, direct, and showcasing our unique voice. You'll identify key platforms, trends, and communities relevant to the German job market, then jump in. Think TikTok trends reimagined for career advice, LinkedIn posts that actually aren’t boring, and Instagram stories that get noticed. You’ll be experimenting, analyzing what works (and what doesn’t), and constantly refining your approach. And yes, you'll be using AI tools, including Gemini, to help draft copy, brainstorm ideas, and analyze performance data. What we're looking for You’re genuinely excited about the future of work and AI. You live and breathe German social media, understanding its nuances, humor, and unspoken rules. You can write engaging, punchy copy in German that grabs attention and converts followers into curious users. You're proactive, creative, and not afraid to try new things. If you've been running a successful German‑language social account (personal or professional), even better. More importantly, you get our vibe: transparent, no‑BS, and a bit irreverent.
