Clinical Hub Supervisor (Fully Remote)

Supervise representatives and manage performance in line with departmental policy.
Provide coaching through call scoring, side-by-side sessions, and direct feedback.

Collaboration & Operations:

Partner with Pharmacy, Customer Service, and Account Management to deliver quality service.
Coordinate schedules, monitor workloads, and ensure timely processing of prior authorizations.

Qualifications:

Four plus years of experience in pharmacy or medical billing with emphasis in prior authorizations.
Remote role within the Continental USA.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 11am-7:30pm Central Time.
