Available Positions & Shifts
- AM Shift: Full-time, part-time, or PRN
- PM Shift: part-time, or PRN
- NOC Shift: Part-time, or PRN
Leadership Opportunities: Ask about ADON and Unit Manager positions for qualified RNs or LPNs
What You'll Do
- Administer medications and monitor residents' vital signs
- Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care
- Implement and support individualized resident care plans
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Lead and support CNA staff
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Communicate and collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes appropriately
Qualifications
- Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for and commitment to caring for the aging population
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
