The Practice Valparaiso Health Center Valparaiso, Indiana Valparaiso Health Center is an immediate care center that is part of the Community Healthcare System. The facility has on-site access to diagnostic testing such as, lab, x-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound. Services offered include cancer care, heart and vascular care, digestive health, occupational therapy, and more.
