Pay & Benefits

• Pay Package: $1.00/hour (note: this appears to be placeholder; actual salary discussed upon application)
• Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonus, potential incentive bonus

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients
• Perform anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence
• Monitor and manage anesthesia during approximately 115 surgical cases daily
• Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout perioperative care
• Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards

What You Need

Required:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification and Ohio licensure
• PALS certification
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and resilience

Preferred:

• 13 years of neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience
