Family Nurse Practitioner

Functional Medicine Family Nurse Practitioner – Hope for Healing Hope for Healing is seeking a Functional Medicine Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and functional medicine services to patients of all ages. This role focuses on identifying root causes of illness and using a comprehensive approach to optimize patients’ physical, mental, and emotional health. Key Responsibilities: Perform annual and routine physical exams Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop and manage treatment plans Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and therapies Provide functional medicine treatment recommendations Educate patients and families on health and prevention Refer patients to specialists when appropriate Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing Active Texas APRN License Prescriptive Authority Eligibility ACLS and PALS Certification IFMCP Certification (completed or in progress) preferred Minimum 3 years of clinical experience We are looking for a provider who is patient-centered, a critical thinker, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hope for Healing
