Customer Service Coordinator | South Asheville

$20/hr | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

We're hiring a Customer Service Coordinator for a well-established company in the healthcare industry in South Asheville.

This is a long-term temporary assignment expected to last about 2 months , starting October 19 , making it a great opportunity for steady work heading into the holiday season.

What You'll Be Doing

Answer and make phone calls throughout the day
Assist clients with questions and next steps
Coordinate with insurance companies and medical offices
Help schedule appointments
Process payments
Document information accurately
Work with medical records
Provide friendly, patient, and professional customer service
Assist with additional office tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with both clients and medical offices
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working on the phone throughout the day
Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Able to handle sensitive information professionally
Must be able to pass a background check

The Important Stuff

Pay: $20/hr
Location: South Asheville
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Start Date: October 19
Expected to last approximately 2 months
