Position Overview:

• Job Title : Bilingual Medical Assistant / Care Coordinator
• Salary: $20.00 - $25.00
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours a week)
• Location : Rockville, Maryland

• Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to new and existing patients to provide information about remote patient monitoring and chronic care management. Review biometric data for abnormal values and escalate concerns per protocol. Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently in a calm, personable and professional manner.

• Selling Points : Great team environment, room for growth, telehealth setting, FREE on site parking.

• Work Setup : You are required to work onsite in the office 5 days a week. While the patient interactions and monitoring are conducted remotely, the position itself is not a work-from-home opportunity . Teammates must be physically present in the office five days a week to conduct patient monitoring.
