While our clients access services online, our centralized outpatient office remains available for in-person sessions when necessary. You will have access to a range of digital tools and teletherapy platforms, enabling you to conduct therapy efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to establish their mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing both in-person meetings at our outpatient office and online teletherapy options.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to formulate comprehensive, client-centered care strategies.

  • Document client sessions and develop progress notes that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele in the Rochester area includes children, adolescents, adult individuals, couples, and families who face a range of mental health issues—from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and life transitions. As an LMFT, you will tailor your therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

  • Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 - 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
