Team Overview
As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will partner closely with senior sales leadership to execute strategic priorities that drive revenue growth and operational excellence. You will lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of sales initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of US Sales. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
- Lead crossfunctional sales initiatives as a project manager, ensuring delivery of strategic priorities using bestinclass project management tools.
- Define project goals, Key Performance Indicators, and roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Develop, manage, and forecast project budgets, tracking spend and ensuring alignment with approved financial plans.
- Coordinate daytoday execution across internal teams and thirdparty vendors, managing performance, timelines, and dependencies.
- Own project communications, including executive updates, risk escalation, issue resolution, and preparation of presentations for leadership forums, QBRs, and townhalls.
- Support sales leadership through meeting planning, agenda development, special program execution, and coordination of key events and stakeholders.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Expertise and proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- 5+ years of prior executive administrative or project management experience
- Experience with event planning and coordination to provide a world-class experience to a discerning clientele is a bonus
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet manner

Pay Scale Information: The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.TransUnion Overview:
