Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay: $19.00 per hour

In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while helping maintain accurate inventory and an organized warehouse. If you have warehouse experience and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll DoShipping & Receiving

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming products and materials
• Verify shipments against packing slips and receiving documents
• Identify and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Prepare outgoing shipments accurately and on time
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups and deliveries

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Build pallets and repackage products as needed
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Handle will-call orders and customer pickups
• Ensure all outgoing products meet quality standards before shipment

Inventory & Warehouse Organization

• Organize and maintain inventory in designated bin locations
• Scan parts and update inventory records within the inventory control system
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper product storage

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including:
  • Reach Trucks
  • Dock Stockers/Counterbalance Forklifts
  • Cherry Pickers/Order Pickers
  • Pallet Jacks
  • Shrink-Wrap Equipment
• Follow all operating procedures and safety guidelines

Safety & Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report unsafe conditions or practices immediately
• Assist with warehouse housekeeping and organization

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, including:
  • Reach Truck
  • Dock Stocker/Counterbalance Forklift
  • Cherry/Order Picker
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the distribution or logistics industry
• Previous inventory control experience
• Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds independently or with assistance
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and climb as needed
• Climb ladders and access storage racks while wearing appropriate safety equipment
• Work safely in an active warehouse environment
