Experienced Refrigerated Freight Account Manager-Broker

Dardini Logistics Services is looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to keep freight moving.
This is more than a customer service role. You'll manage an established book of business, work directly with customers and carriers, negotiate rates, solve problems, and help grow existing accounts, all while earning a competitive base salary plus monthly commission.
What You'll Do
- Manage an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
- Coordinate freight from pickup through delivery.
- Build strong relationships with customers and carriers.
- Negotiate transportation rates and maximize profitability.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Dispatch.
- Deliver exceptional customer service every day.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, and team oriented.
- Experience with TMS software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
