Speech Language Pathologist

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Position Overview We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K–12 students across Virginia for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year . Opportunities are available in remote, hybrid, and on-site settings throughout the state. Fully remote positions are 1099 contract roles Hybrid and on-site positions are W2 contract roles In this role, the SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders while collaborating closely with educators, families, and school-based teams. Providers will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ communication skills and academic success. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K–12 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language needs Monitor, track, and document student progress; adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain consistent communication with families and school personnel Participate in school meetings, IEP meetings, and ongoing professional development (virtual or on-site, as applicable) Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Professional liability insurance required for remote roles Experience working with K–12 students (middle school experience preferred) Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently in a virtual environment Knowledge of evidence-based speech-language pathology practices Hourly pay starting at $50+ , based on experience Weekly direct deposit 1099 contract for remote roles W2 contract for hybrid and on-site roles How to Apply / Schedule a Conversation: Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by sending an updated resume to View email address on click.appcast.io .
