ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

We're looking for an experienced maintenance leader to oversee a team in a highly automated distribution environment. If you have experience leading maintenance teams and working with conveyors, robotics, automated material-handling equipmen t, or similar systems, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.

What you'll do

• Lead daily maintenance operations and technician teams

• Prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance

• Monitor KPIs and equipment reliability

• Identify opportunities to improve uptime and maintenance processes

• Coach, develop, and hold technicians accountable

• Partner with operations and client leadership

• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience

• Experience leading teams and managing KPIs

• Strong knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance

• Experience with conveyors, robotics, automation, or material-handling systems preferred

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 90,950.00 - $107,000.00
