Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with pension Life insurance Paid time off and holidays Wellness programs Job Summary As Product Manager, you will serve as the steward of a portfolio of products, guiding each offering through its entire lifecycle—from ideation and development through commercialization, optimization, and retirement. The role requires both strategic vision and tactical execution. Key Responsibilities Own the product lifecycle from concept to end‑of‑life. Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing. Translate customer and market needs into scalable, manufacturable product solutions. Ensure product design aligns with production feasibility and supply‑chain resilience. Lead stage‑gate processes and maintain documentation readiness for scale‑up. Manage product modifications, continuous improvements, and cost‑optimization initiatives. Promote products and cross‑sell opportunities with internal and external customers. Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with JD Edwards, PowerBI, and Akeneo. Knowledge and working experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC markets. Required Experience 3+ years in Product Development or Product Management with a demonstrated track record of customer‑centric innovation. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Availability for 15–20% domestic travel, including possible international travel. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels. Passion for customer experience and data‑driven decision making. Critical thinking and business curiosity to drive insights and decisions. Physical Requirements The role requires a typical office environment with regular use of computer equipment. Occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 lbs is expected. Compensation & Incentives Base salary within a competitive range based on experience and market data.
