Education and Experience Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Agent

What You Bring to the Table:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role that required problem-solving and effective communication.
• Previous experience working from a computer full-time
• Ability to meet the requirement of working various shifts, including some weekends and occasional overtimebecause helping our customers comes first.
• Residency within the state of West Virginia.
