Pay: $38.00 – $42.50 per hour (based on years of nursing experience)Current Case Opportunity:

Responsibilities What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized 1:1 home care to pediatric and/or adult clients

• Provide skilled nursing care within the LPN scope of practice

• Follow individualized Plans of Care and physician orders

• Accurately document care and patient progress

• Educate and support patients and families
