We are looking for professional, safety-first CDL-A Drivers for a dedicated local route averaging $1,450 gross per week , with top performers making $75,000+ annually . With experience-based CPM, stop pay, and unload pay, your paycheck is entirely in your hands—all while staying home daily .
Compensation Highlights:
- Weekly Average: $1,450 gross (Top earners: $75k+/year).
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500.
- Unload Pay: $55 per full trailer unload (using a powered pallet jack; training provided).
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop (includes the very first stop).
- Base CPM Scale: Ranges from $0.53 up to $0.58 CPM based on your experience level.
Schedule & Operation:
- Dedicated deliveries to VA and WV.
- Averages 4 loads per week (~2,000 miles; 490-mile average length of haul).
- Schedules primarily require night and weekend shifts (slip-seat operation).
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable solo Class A tractor-trailer experience .
- Willingness to perform physical unloads with provided power equipment.
- Flexibility to work overnight and weekend shifts.
