Work Environment

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from a location that suits you best while bringing your expertise to our clients at their convenience. You will have the community of a health clinic at your disposal, providing support from colleagues and access to resources that facilitate your ability to deliver exceptional care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments with new patients to understand their mental and emotional health status, identifying any disorders or challenges they may face.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions with clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to assist them in overcoming issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Inspiring Possibilities Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various psychological challenges. You may encounter individuals dealing with substance abuse issues, those managing the effects of trauma, and clients experiencing mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. The role requires a deep understanding of the unique needs of these populations to tailor effective interventions.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required.

• A valid and active state counseling license (LPC) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated clinical experience, particularly with diverse populations and varying mental health conditions.

• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and active listening skills to foster therapeutic rapport and effectively assess client needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a remote setting, efficiently managing client caseloads while ensuring quality care.

• Familiarity with clinical documentation software and electronic health records.

• Previous experience coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits
