Juicy Fruit Juice Bar, located in Winfield, IN, is seeking a passionate and experienced Team Member to join our vibrant team. What You’ll Be DoingAs a Team Member at Juicy Fruit Juice Bar, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Food Prep : Crafting high-quality smoothies, cold-pressed drinks, açaí bowls, and other menu items with care and precision.
- Management Support : Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
- Customer Service : Providing friendly and efficient service to every customer, ensuring they leave with a smile.
- Team Collaboration : Working closely with your teammates to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
We’re searching for someone who brings a blend of experience and enthusiasm to the role. To succeed, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in food preparation, specifically making smoothies, cold-pressed drinks, and açaí bowls.
- Management experience , including scheduling, inventory management, and safety guidance.
- A passion for healthy, fresh food and creating a positive customer experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
