Clinical Training Architect for Medical Assistants
El Dorado Community Health Centers
El Dorado Community Health Centers seeks a MA Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and assure quality of MA clinical training across its sites. The role focuses on building MA competency, reducing onboarding time, standardizing practices, and creating a consistent learning environment. The specialist works with MA Supervisors and the RN Quality Manager to support onboarding, ongoing education, and program rollouts, ensuring training aligns with current MA standards and #J-18808-Ljbffr El Dorado Community Health Centers
