Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to manufacture, assemble, and package medical devices and other products in a cleanroom environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training provided. Candidates must be able to follow written procedures, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix materials according to manufacturing procedures.

• Set up and operate production equipment and injection molding machines.

• Prepare and maintain molds, apply materials, and cure molded products.

• Trim excess material from molded parts and perform secondary operations.

• Manufacture components using molding and laminating equipment.

• Assemble, clean, inspect, and package medical devices and other products.

• Prepare products for sterilization or final shipment to customers.

• Enter production data into computer systems to maintain product identification and traceability.

• Complete production paperwork and lot traceability documentation accurately.

• Read, understand, and follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No prior experience or formal education required; on-the-job training provided.

• Ability to read, understand, and complete written documentation in English.

• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers in English.

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and established manufacturing procedures.

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Ability to work with American and metric measurements.

• Ability to maintain accuracy and product quality in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to adjust to changing production priorities.

• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment following FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

• Dependability and ability to work scheduled shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling, assembling, and inspecting products.

• Ability to reach, grasp, push, and pull as required.

• Occasional overhead reaching.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery.

• Ability to meet applicable visual requirements, with corrective lenses if needed.
