Senior Test Engineer

Medtronic's Test Development Team in Tempe, Arizona seeks a Senior Test Engineer to design and develop automated test systems for PCB and device-level validation supporting global medical device manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment for parametric measurement and dynamic signal analysis
• Plan and coordinate labor, schedules, and equipment for testing standard and specialized devices
• Compile data and define changes to testing equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes, and testing requirements
• Perform test verification, validation activities, and root cause analysis of yield and performance issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering plus 4+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree plus 2+ years experience
• Experience developing software applications using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for hybrid and assembled electronics
• Proficiency in LabView, Test Stand, C, or C++ for test application development
• Demonstrated ability in statistical analysis, Measurement Systems Analysis (Gage R&R), and project management
• Experience designing electrical schematics and understanding PCB layout requirements
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required for this role

Compensation: $103,200–$154,800 base
